Engaging with a diverse group of women and participating in different activities pushes us out of our comfort zone and challenges our preconceived notions about ourselves. It's through these experiences that we confront fears, develop new skills, and gain confidence. This process of self-discovery can lead to personal growth and a deeper understanding of our strengths, weaknesses, values, and aspirations.
